Our algorithm scores every job-applicant pair on 7 weighted parameters: location match, education level match, skills overlap, experience level, industry alignment, salary expectation and gender preference. A score of 80%+ is a Strong Match, 60–79% is a Good Match. Scores update automatically when you update your profile.
