Jai Group is hiring a Manager / Executive for civil and property maintenance work in the North Delhi area (Shakti Nagar, Delhi). The role involves overseeing repair and maintenance of buildings and properties, coordinating contractors and workers, and keeping accurate work records. Work is on-site across the assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise civil and property maintenance work across sites
• Plan and schedule repair and maintenance tasks with timelines
• Inspect buildings and report structural or civil issues
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and workers for execution
• Maintain work records, measurements and maintenance logs
Requirements
• Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech / BE (Civil Engineering)
• Experience: 1+ years of property maintenance work
• Gender: Male
• Experience in civil and property maintenance supervision
