Orchids The International School is looking for dynamic and ambitious MBA graduates to join its School Leadership Program as School Managers. This role is designed for high-potential individuals who aspire to become business leaders and manage an independent school business unit early in their careers.
As a School Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, admissions growth, parent satisfaction, financial performance, and overall branch effectiveness. You will work closely with academic and corporate teams to ensure smooth school operations while delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences.
Selected candidates will undergo a structured 90-day Leadership Development Program that provides hands-on exposure to school operations, business management, finance, admissions, and stakeholder management before taking independent branch responsibilities.
