Parent Relationship Manager (PRM)-Female

Orchids The International School is looking for energetic and customer-focused graduates to join as
Parent Relationship Managers (PRM’s). This role offers an exciting opportunity to build expertise in
customer engagement, business development, stakeholder management, and relationship management
within one of India's leading K-12 education organizations.
As a PRM, you will be responsible for guiding prospective parents through the admission journey,
building strong relationships with families, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from
inquiry to enrollment.
Selected candidates will undergo a structured 90-day Leadership Development Program that provides
hands-on exposure to school operations, business management, finance, admissions, and stakeholder
management before taking independent branch responsibilities.
