Samkara Resort in Pushkar is looking for a Senior Chef to lead the kitchen team and deliver quality meals for guests. The role is based at the resort in Pushkar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the kitchen team and plan daily menus.
• Prepare and supervise dishes for restaurants and banquets.
• Control food costs, portioning and kitchen inventory.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Train and guide junior cooks and kitchen helpers.
Requirements
• Qualification: Hotel Management (BHM) / Diploma in Hotel Management
• Experience: Experienced in a senior kitchen role preferred
• Team leadership and food safety knowledge required
