F&B Manager

Samkara Resort in Pushkar is hiring an F&B Manager to run food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars and banquets. The role is based at the resort in Pushkar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily food and beverage operations across outlets.
• Plan menus and beverage lists with the kitchen team.
• Control F&B costs, stock and supplier orders.
• Train and supervise restaurant and bar staff.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and hygiene.

• Qualification: Hotel Management (BHM) / Diploma in Hotel Management
• Experience: Experienced in F&B operations preferred
• Customer service and inventory control skills required
