Job Description
National Highways Builders Federation (NHBF) is seeking an experienced professional to lead the techno-commercial function on a full-time, in-house basis at its head office in Delhi. The role combines technical oversight of highway and infrastructure projects with commercial planning, cost control and contract management. The appointment is for an initial tenure of two years, extendable subject to performance, and remuneration is negotiable. The last date to apply is 5 November 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the technical and commercial aspects of highway and infrastructure projects
• Prepare and review project budgets, cost estimates and financial plans
• Manage procurement, tendering and vendor evaluation processes
• Monitor project costs, timelines and commercial performance
• Advise senior management on technical feasibility and commercial risks
• Coordinate with stakeholders on contracts, claims and compliance
Requirements
• Qualification: Engineering qualification along with MBA, CA or Law qualification
• Experience: At least 20 years of experience in highway and/or infrastructure projects
• Candidates should bring an independent, objective and industry-oriented perspective
• Candidates who have served with NHAI, MoRTH or NHIDCL are not eligible to apply
