Job Description
A civil construction company handling government and private infrastructure projects is hiring a Project In-Charge / Head to lead project execution at its sites in Bhopal and Ujjain. The role involves overall control of project timelines, manpower, quality and budget, with regular site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise all civil construction activities across the project
• Monitor project timelines, progress and quality standards
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, labour and government officials
• Control project budget, material usage and cost reporting
• Ensure site safety and compliance with approved drawings and norms
Requirements
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: As per role requirement
• Prior experience in government or civil construction projects is preferred
