Job Description
Elite World is a company hiring for multiple roles, and this position is for a Site Supervisor based at Kharghar. The role involves supervising day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily construction work and labour at the site
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and report to management
• Check quality of concrete, masonry and finishing work
• Ensure site safety rules and procedures are followed
• Coordinate material delivery and maintain site records
Requirements
• Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or any Graduate
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in similar positions
• Good knowledge of site supervision and construction work
