Job Description
Generate leads and identify potential customers for loan products.
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.
Meet sales targets by promoting personal, home, business, vehicle, or other loan products.
Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting required documents.
Verify customer information and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing and approval.
Follow up with customers throughout the loan approval and disbursement process.
