Handle customer interactions and assigned automobile sales/service activities, achieve targets, maintain customer relationships and coordinate with the dealership team. Key responsibilities include completing assigned tasks accurately, coordinating with the relevant team, maintaining records where applicable, following organizational procedures and meeting quality and timelines.
Requirements
Graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Preferred Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, role-specific technical skills and attention to detail.
